The Oppo Reno 15 series offers three smartphones with different strengths. While the Reno 15 Pro clearly leads in camera quality and performance, the Reno 15 is more affordable and balanced, and the Pro Mini stands out for its compact design without compromising power.
Camera Performance
When it comes to photography, the Reno 15 Pro and Pro Mini outperform the standard Reno 15 with their 200 MP triple rear cameras and 50 MP front cameras, delivering sharper and more detailed shots. The Reno 15, while still capable, has a 50 MP main sensor, which is good for casual photos but less advanced than the Pro models.
Battery and Charging
The Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro feature a 6,500 mAh battery with 80 W fast charging, whereas the Pro Mini has a slightly smaller 6,200 mAh battery, yet it still charges quickly. The Reno 15 Pro has an added advantage with 50 W wireless charging, making it more convenient for heavy users.
Performance and AI Features
In terms of performance, the Pro models clearly outperform the standard Reno 15. Both the Reno 15 Pro and Pro Mini are powered by the Dimensity 8450 chipset, which is better suited for gaming, multitasking, and AI applications, whereas the Reno 15 with Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 handles daily tasks efficiently but lags behind the Pro models.
Display and Design
The Reno 15 Pro offers a large 6.78″ AMOLED display, providing a more immersive viewing experience compared to the mid-sized 6.59″ display of Reno 15. On the other hand, the Pro Mini is more compact with a 6.32″ AMOLED screen, making it easier to handle with one hand.
