Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela has made a profitable decision by renting out her luxurious 3BHK apartment in Mumbai. The apartment, located in the upscale JVPD area of Vile Parle, is bringing her a hefty sum of ₹25 lakh per month. This deal, which spans three months from January to March 2025, is set to boost her income significantly.
Urvashi’s apartment covers an expansive 3600 square feet and comes with open car parking, offering both comfort and convenience to the tenants. The apartment, located in New India CHS, is a spacious 3-bedroom unit, perfect for a luxurious living experience in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after locations.
While Urvashi has found success with her rental property, her acting career continues to evolve. After the release of Ghuspathiya in September 2024, which didn’t make much of an impact, Urvashi is now gearing up for several exciting film projects. She will star in Daku Maharaj opposite Nandamuri Balakrishna and Bobby Deol, as well as Kasoor 2, Baap, Inspector Avinash 2, and Black Rose.
