Oppo has recently launched its new smartwatch, the Oppo Watch S, which has new health-monitoring features, as well as a cool design. Watch S will be released in China on October 16, 2025, and it will transform the world of wearable devices by incorporating all the health monitoring capabilities and high-fashion design.
Oppo Watch S is fitted with an optical pulse oximeter of 16 channels and an optical heart rate sensor of 8 channels; this will guarantee that the blood oxygen level and heart rate are accurately measured. It also has an ECG sensor and a wrist temperature sensor, which provide the user with an overall picture of their health metrics. Such sensors facilitate persistent checks of the vital signs that will give information on the well-being in general.
One of the best things about the Oppo Watch S is its one-click health assessment. Users can receive an in-depth analysis of 13 health indicators in only 60 seconds, such as ECG, heart rate, blood oxygen, wrist temperature, sleep quality, and their level of stress. This rapid diagnosis enables individuals to make sound judgments about their health.
The Watch S has an AMOLED, 1.46-inch display with a pixel density of 317 pixels per inch (PPI), and a resolution of 464×464 pixels. It also has a maximum brightness of 3,000 nits, which is very impressive, and thus it can be seen well even in direct sunlight. The exhibit is fitted in a stainless steel round dial that is encircled by a crown and a navigation button on the right-hand side to provide easy navigation.
Oppo Watch S has a battery capacity of 339mAh, which has a battery life of 10 days in its energy-saving mode. Depending on the frequency of use, users should anticipate a battery life of about 7 days, and about 4 days with the always-on display feature enabled. One 10-minute charge should give up to 24 hours of use, and a complete charge will take approximately 90 minutes.
The Watch S has the capability of operating Bluetooth 5.2, dual band GPS (L1 + L5), NFC and can be used to operate Android 10 and above and iOs 14 and above. It is also equipped with sensors, which include the accelerator, gyroscope, ambient light sensor, and the air pressure sensor, which make it more useful in multitasking.
Oppo Watch S will be sold at CNY 1,299 (around 16,000 in rupees) in the Rhythm Silver and Racing Black models. The Vibrant Green Field model which has a cloth strap will cost CNY 1,499 (approximately, ₹18,500). The smartwatch is currently available in pre-orders and will officially be sold on October 22, 2025, through the online store of Oppo in China.
Oppo Watch S is a smartwatch that has an AI sports coach, which gives voice assistance and fat-burning data during exercise. The smartwatch has more than 100 sports choices such as cycling, running, swimming, walking and rowing with personalized coaching to improve the fitness routines.
Although the Oppo Watch S is only 8.9mm in thickness and about 35g in weight, it is 5ATM + IP68 waterproof and dustproof. It is lightweight and robust, and can be worn in everyday life and on different occasions.
