Vivo X300 Pro Vs Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra: When it comes to flagship smartphones, the battle is always fierce. The Vivo X300 Pro and the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra are two devices that represent the peak of modern technology, combining sleek design, advanced AI capabilities, and raw processing power.

Design & Construction

Vivo X300 Pro Vs Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra: The Vivo X300 Pro’s futuristic design is impressive. It is an eye-catching device due to its curved edges, thin profile, and gradient-glass back. Additionally, the lightweight design guarantees comfort even after extended use. However, the Galaxy S25 Ultra carries on Samsung’s heritage of high-end design.

Visual Experience & Display

The Vivo X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2K resolution.  On the other hand, the slightly larger 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 2K+ resolution and an adaptive 120 Hz refresh rate is a feature of the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Performance & Raw Power

The Vivo X300 Pro features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and up to 16 GB of RAM. Gaming, multitasking, and AI-driven apps run seamlessly, making it a powerhouse for performance enthusiasts. On the other hand, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is powered by the Exynos 2500 and offers up to 16GB of RAM.

AI & Camera Photography

A 200MP primary sensor and 50MP ultra-wide, telephoto, and macro lenses make up the quad-camera configuration of the Vivo X300 Pro. With minimal effort, its AI-driven photography ensures night shots, portraits, and professional-caliber videos look great. In contrast, the Galaxy S25 Ultra has two telephoto lenses, a 12MP ultra-wide, and a 220MP primary sensor.

Battery Life & Charging

A 5000 mAh battery and 120 W fast charging are included with the Vivo X300 Pro. The Galaxy S25 Ultra, on the other hand, has a slightly larger 5100mAh battery and supports 100W fast charging.
